About us

After an intensive seven-month renovation, we are proud to present our B&B.

When our two children moved out, we discovered that a large part of our home was no longer being used. That gave us the idea of converting the garage into an attractive bed & breakfast.

What started as a lovely plan soon grew into an extensive process involving permits, construction drawings, an architect, a website and a domain name. The to-do list kept getting longer, but the result was worth it.

Thanks to friends and family, who stayed with us as our very first trial guests, we gained the confidence that we had created something special. Of course, we are still learning every day, but above all we look forward to offering our guests a warm and comfortable stay.

Easy to reach by public transport or bicycle. Here you will find the Circustheater and the iconic Pier, among other attractions. In high season we advise against coming by car because of crowds and limited parking.

A beautiful green estate with woodland and walking paths, ideal for a relaxing walk. The estate has a restaurant and cafe, and live music is organised regularly.

Several cycling junction routes connect to the national network nearby, including 21, 22 and 23 towards Kijkduin and the dunes, and 17 and 18 towards Westland and the southern coastal route. From here you can easily cycle to Westduinpark, Westland, Hoek van Holland or Meijendel.

Suiderstrand, a wonderful spot to relax by the coast. Enjoy the sun, sea and wide sandy beach just a short distance from our B&B.

Getting here & parking

Our B&B is easy to reach both by car and by public transport. We offer free parking on our own property right in front of the B&B. There is also secure space to store bicycles.

Would you like to explore the area by bike? We recommend downloading the FIETSKNOOPPUNT app in advance. You can also easily rent bicycles from Orie Rijwielen, just 500 metres from our B&B. For rentals, you can contact them directly by email.

  • Payment

    Bookings made through our website are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Cancellation

    In the event of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the reservation amount is due.

  • Arrival and departure

    Check-in is available between 13:00 and 14:00. Outside these hours, we use a key safe and will welcome you later. Check-out is between 08:00 and 10:30.

  • House rules

    Adults only, no smoking indoors, and no pets allowed.

Reservation

Use the reservation module below to check availability directly and book your stay easily on our website.

Booking and payment

You can book via our website or via bedandbreakfast.nl. If you book through our website: after receiving your reservation, we will send a confirmation by email with an invoice and payment instructions. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Any additional costs incurred during your stay must be settled at checkout. Payment can be made in cash or digitally via a payment request.

In the event of late payment, the guest is in default by operation of law. Any reasonable collection and legal costs will be charged to the guest in accordance with statutory regulations.

By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to our general conditions.
